Eric is the only French-native RICS-certified surveyor providing building survey, valuation and pathology to private clients in the South of France.
Based in Aude (11) he has worked in the construction industry with a background in project management and renovation for over 20 years. He is a member of the French regulatory body Compagnie nationale des experts immobiliers (CNEI).
